How do I return an Item?

Step 1:

   Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please download a return slip and fill out the form.

Please send your return item back to the address provided on the form

Step 2:

   Return your items in the original packaging, with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewelry, cosmetics, perfume where the cellophane packaging has been removed or any underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Step 3:

   Return your items to the address detailed on your return slip.

Returning an item

Return via your chosen method, allow 5-7 days for your parcel to make it back to our warehouse and a further 3-5 for your refund to reach your account. Don't forget to hold onto your return tracking number.

The cost of a return is payable by you and we won't reimburse this. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.


  1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

      2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:bodysuits,lingerie        sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and    mermaid blankets).

      3. Items with non-returnable marks, on sale, or free gifts cannot be returned.

      4) Any items sent back not in original condition or without tags will not be credited back.

Note: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-HoodieGang products.

When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 5-7 (sample time estimation) working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We’re quick at processing orders so any changes must be made before you click 'Pay Securely'. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.

If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat email us ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
